Land surveyor in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait


We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful applicant will have the responsibility of conducting surveys and measurements to determine the exact boundaries of parcels of land and accurately document the information.

The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as superb attention to detail, with an understanding of the principles of surveying. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively is also essential.

Responsibilities:
• Utilizing survey equipment such as GPS, robotic total stations, levels and a range of other specialist equipment
• Recording data from surveys accurately and precisely
• Preparing accurate plans, maps and reports based on survey information
• Interpreting data from aerial photographs, satellite imagery and other sources
• Analyzing survey data for discrepancies, errors or omissions
• Presenting findings in written reports or tables
• Keeping up to date with technological advances in surveying methods and software.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or Geomatics/Geospatial Technology (or equivalent)
• Professional membership of relevant surveying association (where applicable)
• Previous experience in a similar role (not essential)
• Good practical knowledge of surveying methods and software including GIS systems
• Ability to interpret legal documents such as deeds, plans and ownership records

The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1100 per month. We are ready to consider candidates from abroad who do not have prior experience in this field.
