CNC operator in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait


We are looking for a CNC Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate must have excellent technical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately at a fast pace. You must also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to anticipate potential issues and take corrective action as necessary.

The successful applicant will need to be familiar with the relevant safety protocols and have a basic understanding of the Al-Kuwait labour laws and regulations. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, reliable, organized, and has an eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
• Operate CNC machines according to job specifications
• Set up machines using appropriate tools such as chucks, fixtures, jigs etc.
• Monitor machine operation ensuring that product meets quality standards
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and make necessary adjustments or repairs as needed
• Perform regular maintenance on machines in order to ensure optimal performance
• Read blueprints or other instructions to determine product specifications or tooling instructions
• Make preventative maintenance checks on machine components for proper functioning
• Follow safety procedures when using machinery
• Ensure that production output meets set standards

Requirements:
• Proven experience operating CNC machinery/equipment in a manufacturing setting
• Detailed knowledge of industry standards, processes, best practices, and health & safety regulations • Basic understanding of mechanical operations • Ability to read blueprints or other technical documents • Excellent hand-eye coordination • Attention to detail • Good problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Able to work flexible hours if needed

Salary: 1200 KD
