Instrument Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of instruments and systems used in industrial settings. In this role, you will utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and develop solutions to prevent future issues.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of instrumentation systems as well as excellent problem solving and communication skills. A technical background in electrical engineering or similar fields is also desired.

Responsibilities:
• Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair instrumentation systems and components
• Troubleshoot malfunctions using diagnostic equipment and determine appropriate solutions
• Utilize hand tools such as soldering irons and screwdrivers to replace faulty parts
• Inspect instruments for compliance with safety regulations
• Prepare detailed reports on all work performed
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
• Provide guidance on instrumentation system operation and use
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed.

Qualifications:
• Technical background in electrical engineering or similar field preferred
• Hands-on experience with industrial instrumentation systems
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams accurately
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: 1600 KD per month. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this position.
