Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position is critical in ensuring that all instrument systems and equipment are operating safely and efficiently. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing a wide variety of instrumentation and control systems including valves, transmitters, controllers, indicators and other related devices.

Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair instrumentation and control systems
• Monitor the performance of instruments and control systems to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Identify problems with existing instruments or control systems
• Recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency of machines or processes
• Perform preventive maintenance on instrumentation and control systems to ensure system reliability
• Provide technical advice on the selection of instruments for a particular application
• Commission new instrumentation or control systems as required
• Calibrate instruments as required
• Maintain accurate records of tests performed, repairs made or parts replaced.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years’ experience as an Instrument Technician in a similar environment is essential for this role.
• Technical diploma in Electronics/Instrumentation/Automation Engineering or any other related field is highly preferred.
• Proven experience working with various types of instruments such as valves, transmitters, controllers, indicators etc.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards pertaining to industry regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot quickly to identify underlying issues with precision.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams accurately and understand technical instructions with ease.
• Solid communication skills both verbal and written in addition to strong customer service skills.
