You will be expected to use your culinary expertise to create innovative dishes that demonstrate your passion for food. The successful candidate should also have excellent communication and organisational skills in order to ensure the smooth running of our kitchen operations.

As Chef, you will be expected to:

• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes
• Plan production schedules and staff rotas
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
• Manage staff resources including recruitment, training and development
