Instrument Technician, Al-Kuwait

We are seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Al-Kuwait. We offer a competitive salary of 1400 for the successful candidate. We welcome applications from those without experience as well as experienced professionals.

The Instrument Technician will be responsible for the repair, installation, and maintenance of instruments and equipment onsite. This position requires a broad knowledge of electrical systems and components, as well as mechanical systems and components.

Demands for the Candidate:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in instrument installation, maintenance or repair
• Knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Ability to read mechanical drawings accurately
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good problem solving abilities
• Ability to follow instructions accurately

Job Description and Responsibilities:
• Install instruments according to manufacturer's instructions.
• Maintain existing instruments by performing regular inspections, testing and calibrating them.
• Diagnose problems with instruments using specialized testing equipment.
• Repair any malfunctioning instruments by replacing faulty parts or adjusting electronic settings according to manufacturer's instructions.
• Document all service activities in accordance with quality assurance standards.
