Merchandiser - Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the retail industry, excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to work independently and be highly organized.

Job Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing merchandising plans according to the business objectives of the company
• Analyzing customer buying habits, market trends and competitor’s strategies
• Working closely with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and boost sales
• Creating promotional materials such as brochures, leaflets, advertisements etc.
• Preparing reports on sales performance and suggesting corrective actions if needed
• Coordinating with external vendors for product displays or promotions
• Ensuring shelves and displays are stocked with fresh merchandise according to set standards.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role within the retail industry is preferred but not necessary
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal
• Good problem solving skills and customer service orientation
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Salary & Benefits:
