We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, planning and executing strategies to increase sales and create a strong presence in the market.

The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills as well as a passion for understanding customer needs. They must also have experience working with data analysis and reporting tools.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, customer needs and preferences to ensure that our products remain competitive;
• Manage inventory levels, product displays and promotional activities;
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth;
• Develop and execute marketing plans that meet customer needs;
• Establish relationships with suppliers to ensure quality of goods;
• Generate reports on performance metrics.

Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a Merchandiser or similar role;
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
• Knowledge of consumer behavior principles and market research techniques;
