Job Summary:

Demands for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role will have a degree or equivalent qualification in data analysis, mathematics, statistics or related field. They should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A background in data mining and working with large datasets is preferred. The successful applicant should also have good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
The main responsibility of the Data Analyst will be monitoring and analyzing large datasets using analytical tools such as SQL, Python and Excel. This includes creating reports from these datasets that show trends, correlations and any other useful insights that inform business decisions. The Data Analyst will also be responsible for cleaning up any data errors or inconsistencies within these datasets in order to ensure accuracy of results. Other duties include presenting findings to stakeholders, suggesting new ways of collecting data that can improve accuracy, assisting with the development of decision-making processes based on findings, collaborating with other departments such as marketing or sales in order to create effective strategies based on data analysis results, and providing technical support on any queries related to data analysis processes.
