We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of the pastry-making process, from cake-making and dough preparation to plating and presentation. The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, and able to handle tasks independently.

The Pastry Chef will be responsible for the production of high-quality cakes, pastries, and other desserts. You must have an eye for detail when it comes to presentation as well as an understanding of flavor combinations and techniques such as tempering chocolate. You must also demonstrate excellent knife skills and knowledge of baking techniques such as creaming, folding, blind baking, etc. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of food safety.
