We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. This role will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the organization. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
The primary responsibilities of the Office Assistant include: handling incoming calls and other communications; managing filing systems; receiving and directing visitors; updating paperwork; maintaining office supplies; and providing general administrative support. The Office Assistant should also be able to handle multiple tasks, remain organized, and stay focused despite frequent interruptions.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification, with at least one year of experience in an office setting. The successful candidate should also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to handle difficult situations tactfully and professionally. Experience with computers is also essential, particularly with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
We offer a competitive salary package of 1500 AED per month which is commensurate with experience. We are open to considering candidates who are immigrants with relevant experience or qualifications in this field.
