Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support including data entry, word processing and filing
• Maintain office supplies by ordering items when necessary
• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs
• Prepare documents such as correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• Previous experience as an office assistant or in a related role preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to multitask with close attention paid to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
