Al Shamkhah City is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the organization and will provide administrative support to the team.
The Office Assistant must possess excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills. He/She should be detail-oriented and have an aptitude for learning new technologies quickly. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
The successful applicant will be responsible for a variety of office-related tasks, such as creating documents, responding to emails, scheduling meetings, filing documents, coordinating with other departments, maintaining databases and providing customer service as needed. He/She must also ensure compliance with office policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality in all matters. Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of basic accounting principles.
