We are looking for an Office Assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team in our Khawr Fakkan office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900 per month, and we are open to considering candidates who are not local to the area.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scheduling appointments and maintaining records. They should also have excellent communication skills and be comfortable dealing with a variety of people on a daily basis.
The successful candidate should possess the following qualities:
• A minimum of three years of experience in an office environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• High level of attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
