Job Description:
We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The ideal candidate has experience in designing, building, and maintaining civil engineering projects with a focus on quality and safety. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of construction projects from start to finish and ensuring that all requirements are met according to specifications.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience/qualifications
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proven track record of successful project completion
• Knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices and regulations
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Proficient in computer aided design software (CAD), such as AutoCAD

Responsibilities:
• Designing plans for various types of civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, dams, irrigation systems etc.
• Preparing cost estimates for projects
• Overseeing the planning, execution and monitoring of construction projects
• Ensuring that all safety standards are adhered to during the project’s duration
• Collaborating with other engineers to ensure accurate design plans
• Working closely with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders throughout the project planning process
• Performing inspections on site to ensure that all requirements are met according to specifications
