Optometrist
Location: Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE
Salary: 1700 AED/Month

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Optometrist to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As an Optometrist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive eye care services to patients of all ages including refracting and dispensing glasses and contact lenses. You will also ensure that the medical needs of our patients are met with the highest level of care and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
• Conducting eye exams including refraction and prescribing corrective lenses;
• Diagnosing vision problems such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism and other eye abnormalities;
• Evaluating the overall health of the patient’s eyes;
• Recommending treatment options for eye diseases such as glaucoma or cataracts;
• Monitoring the effects of medications on vision;
• Advising patients on proper contact lens care;
• Dispensing and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in optometry or related field;
• Valid license to practice optometry in UAE;
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role;
• Knowledgeable about current trends in optometric technology and treatments;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients quickly;
• Proficient in English both written and verbal communication skills.
