We are looking to fill the role of Physiotherapist in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The position offers a salary of 1700 and is open to immigrants as well as individuals without prior experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology and pathology. They should also be experienced in diagnosing and treating physical conditions, illnesses and injuries. A successful candidate should also possess excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, problem solving abilities and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

The duties of the role include performing assessments on patients by conducting tests such as range of motion, strength tests and neurological tests to identify areas needing treatment; developing treatment plans to restore patient’s physical health; providing therapeutic techniques such as exercise programs, manual therapy or heat/cold therapy; educating patients about proper body mechanics or how to use assistive devices such as canes or walkers; monitoring patient progress and modifying treatments accordingly; communicating with physicians or other healthcare professionals about patient care plans.
