We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Reef Al Fujairah City. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operations of the kitchen and its staff, ensuring that the highest standards of quality and presentation are met in all areas. This role requires excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The Executive Chef will be expected to develop menus that meet customer needs, while adhering to budget constraints and local regulations. They will also manage staffing levels, train and mentor new employees, enforce safety standards, and ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained. Furthermore, they should monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed, while keeping abreast of new trends in cooking techniques and recipes.
