We are looking for a Waiter to join our restaurant in Musaffah. Our restaurant offers an excellent working atmosphere and competitive salary of 1600 AED per month. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing professional, friendly and responsive service to guests in the restaurant.

The ideal candidate should have exceptional customer service skills as well as knowledge of the foodservice industry. You must also have the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience as a Waiter or similar role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of foodservice industry standards and regulations
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Good communication and multitasking skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification is a plus

Responsibilities:
• Greet guests upon arrival and thank them when they leave in accordance with established standards
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving items and answering questions related to menu items
• Ensure that all orders are accurate, served timely and in accordance with standards set by management
• Maintain proper dining experience by having menu knowledge and being able to answer any questions regarding ingredients or menu items
• Take orders from customers accurately while upselling when appropriate
