We are looking for a Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh with a salary of 1400. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the boundaries of properties, calculate land areas and areas of proposed construction sites. The Surveyor will need to be able to read and interpret maps and aerial photographs, as well as obtain data from public records and sources such as local government offices.

The ideal candidate should have experience in surveying land and in using GPS equipment. They should also be knowledgeable about local regulations and laws pertaining to land boundaries. The successful candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

The Surveyor will need strong interpersonal skills to work with clients, landowners, local governments, legal representatives, and other professionals. They should also have good verbal communication skills in order to effectively explain survey results to clients. Good writing skills are essential for preparing reports on survey results.
