Surveyor Vacancy - Riyadh
We are looking to hire a Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. This position requires a self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Job Summary: The Surveyor will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to land surveying. This includes performing detailed measurements and calculations to establish legal boundaries on the ground, as well as utilizing the latest surveying technology and software. The Surveyor will also be responsible for preparing reports related to these activities.

Responsibilities:
• Carry out land surveys using state-of-the-art equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, drones etc.,
• Take accurate measurements of distance and angles between points on the earth's surface,
• Interpret survey results by assessing data against legal boundaries,
• Analyze survey data in order to make recommendations or prepare reports for clients or government agencies,
• Develop plans for survey operations including project scope definition and timeline estimates,
• Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers or architects on construction projects or boundary disputes.
Qualifications and Duties:
• Bachelor’s degree in surveying or related field is required; master’s degree preferred;
• 1+ years of experience in land surveying;
• Knowledge of relevant legal regulations pertaining to land surveys;
• Ability to work in remote areas under various weather conditions;
• Excellent verbal communication skills necessary for interacting with clients or government officials;
• Proficient computer skills including ability to use mapping software such as AutoCAD; • Physical stamina necessary for carrying heavy equipment and working long hours outdoors in all types of weather conditions.

The successful candidate will be offered an excellent salary package of 1100 SAR per month plus benefits depending on experience and qualifications. We are willing to consider a foreigner who meets the requirements outlined above.
