Merchandiser Job in Doha

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Merchandiser to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are accurately displayed on shelves and counters of retail outlets in order to maximize customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently as well as with a team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be required to interact with customers, store personnel, and management. Previous experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:
• Displaying products on shelves or counters in an attractive manner to encourage customer purchases
• Ensuring that product displays are regularly updated and maintained
• Keeping up-to-date with product information and pricing
• Monitoring stock levels of products on display
• Resolving customer complaints regarding product display or availability
• Maximizing sales through effective merchandising techniques
• Maintaining records of all merchandise received, handled, and sold throughout the day

Requirements:
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Flexibility in dealing with different types of customers
