Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced, creative and enthusiastic Florist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating beautiful flower arrangements and bouquets to customers’ specifications while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and a passion for working with flowers.

Demands for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:
• At least 3-5 years of florist experience in a professional setting
• Excellent knowledge of flower varieties, colors, textures and fragrances
• Ability to interpret customer requests and create unique arrangements accordingly
• Proficiency in using scissors, knives, wire cutters and other tools necessary to arrange flowers
• A passion for customer service excellence
• Ability to work well within a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• A willingness to learn new techniques and trends in floristry design
• Flexibility in working hours including weekends, public holidays etc.
