Job Summary
A great opportunity has arisen for a full-time Painter to join our team in Doha. The Painter will be responsible for the painting and decorating of buildings, using a variety of techniques, materials, and tools. The ideal candidate should have strong manual dexterity and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities
• Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting or wallpapering by scraping, sanding, filling holes, or removing old paint
• Mix and match colors to create desired shades
• Cut in walls with a brush along the edges of ceilings or baseboards where a roller cannot be used
• Measure surfaces to determine the amount of paint or wallpaper needed for the job
• Apply primers or sealers before painting to ensure better adhesion and longevity of the coating
• Hang wallpaper or other materials such as fabric on walls using adhesive
• Clean up all tools and materials after completion of the project
• Follow health and safety standards when handling chemicals such as paint thinners or strippers
• Maintain records of work completed Qualifications & Skills
• Previous experience in painting is required (at least 2 years)
• Knowledge of safety procedures when handling hazardous liquids like paint thinners
• Ability to work with attention to detail while standing for long periods of time
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
• Ability to mix colors accurately using different methods
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team • Must possess excellent communication skills both verbal & written
