Responsibilities:

• ResPonsible to oversee overall operatoions for Impiana Resort Patong, Phuket Thailand
• Responsible for directing all employee functions of the hotel properties in accordance with the policies and practices of the Company.
• Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress.
• Responsibilities includes the development and implementation of regional strategies for meeting goals in the areas of revenue generation, market share performance, guest satisfaction scores, associate opinion scores and net operating income.
• Develop short term action plans and long range planning for new programs & startegies that impact the hotels based on existing corporate directed goals and any new goals that are created.
• Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
