Job Description:
We are looking for a competent Cashier to work in Doha with a salary of 1000. The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for handling cash and credit transactions, providing customer service and maintaining the store’s financial records. They must have excellent math skills, sound judgement, and the ability to work independently.

The Cashier will greet customers upon their arrival, answer questions they may have, and accept payment in exchange for goods or services. They will also be responsible for counting money in the register at the beginning of each shift and reconciling discrepancies at the end of each shift. Other duties include issuing refunds, balancing cash drawers, responding to customer complaints and resolving them in a satisfactory manner.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with point-of-sale systems as well as basic accounting principles. They should be able to multitask effectively, think on their feet, and remain calm under pressure. Exceptional communication skills are essential for this position as Cashiers often must explain policies and procedures to customers in a polite and professional manner. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role if they possess all required qualifications.
