We are currently looking for an Accountant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have the necessary skills and qualifications to manage our financial accounts.

The Accountant’s main responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. This will involve reconciling general ledger accounts, preparing financial statements, maintaining bank accounts, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing assistance with audits, budgeting, forecasting and other related activities.

To be considered for this position, applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field with a minimum of one year experience in the same field. Knowledge of the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and relevant local laws is necessary for success in this role. Candidates should also have strong computer skills including mastery of spreadsheets, word processing programs and bookkeeping software tools.
