We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have a passion for cooking and will be responsible for creating new dishes and menu ideas, as well as overseeing kitchen operations.

Job Description
The Executive Chef will lead the kitchen team by setting high standards for quality, presentation, and flavor of all dishes served. Responsibilities include:
• Develop and present new menu items on a regular basis
• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards
• Monitor food inventory levels, order ingredients as needed, and manage costs
• Maintain a safe working environment by following all health code regulations
• Supervise the kitchen staff in their preparation of ingredients and cooking of meals
• Train staff on proper knife handling procedures, safety protocols, recipe development, etc.
• Monitor food quality throughout the day to ensure consistent flavor profiles and presentation
• Assist in developing strategies to increase sales, reduce costs, improve customer satisfaction ratings etc.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role should have:
• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role within the hospitality industry
• Extensive knowledge of culinary trends in international cuisine including Middle Eastern cuisines • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams up to 20 people • A strong understanding of food safety regulations • Ability to multi-task efficiently while maintaining high quality standards • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
