Previous experience as a Front Office/Reception Manager in a 5* Hotel
Excellent attention to detail and great organisational skills
Experience managing the front office department
Have very high standards when it comes to guest experiences
A real people person who takes great pride in their work
Strong administration skills
Fluent English both oral and written
Can legally work in USA fulltime with no restrictions
