The Night Manager will be responsible for the smooth running of the resort and reception duties during the night operation, ensuring the night operation team deliver a consistently high standard of guest service. The main responsibilities include training and directing the night team in their duties, managing food and beverage service at night to the required standard, billing and reporting, liaising with security regarding incidents and supervising cleaning duties.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one years’ experience as Night Manager in a 5-star property. You must have a friendly, positive attitude with strong communication, organisation and team leadership skills. You must also have your own transport and a full, clean driver’s licence. Fluent English-both spoken and written is essential for this role.
