Waiter Job in Doha

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Waiter in Doha. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position and offering competitive salary of 1500 QR per month.

The Waiter will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all guests by taking orders, serving food and drinks, responding promptly to customer inquiries, maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant space, and upholding high standards of quality control.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task efficiently
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Knowledge of general food preparation techniques
• Basic math skills (for calculating bills)
• A friendly, outgoing personality
• At least 1 year of waiter experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly when they arrive at the restaurant and provide them with menus
• Take orders accurately by writing them down or inputting them into a point-of-sale system
• Serve food and drinks efficiently and promptly after preparation
• Ensure that all dishes are presented attractively on plates before being served
• Check customers' identification when necessary
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items including ingredients, methods of preparation, and accompaniments
• Verify that prepared items meet standards for quality and quantity before serving them
• Check back with customers periodically during their meals to ensure that their needs are being met
