Secretary in Doha, Qatar
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure the efficient operation of our organization.
This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. The successful candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and also work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
The duties of the Secretary include, but are not limited to: greeting visitors; answering phone calls; taking accurate messages; scheduling appointments; maintaining filing systems; preparing letters, memos, reports, and other documents using Microsoft Office; ordering office supplies; coordinating office activities; and providing general administrative support to staff. The Secretary must also have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Applicants must have at least three years of experience working in a similar role as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of basic office equipment such as computers, printers, copiers, scanners is also required. A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not necessary.
