We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be an organized and efficient professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

The successful candidate will be required to provide administrative support to the executives, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, taking notes, managing emails and phone calls, etc. This role also involves providing general office support such as filing, photocopying and scanning documents.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English (both written and spoken) and has a high level of attention to detail. The candidate should also be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
The successful applicant will be offered a salary of 1800 per month along with other benefits package. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this position.
