We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of surveying principles and practices, as well as experience in using the latest survey and GPS equipment. The successful applicant will be responsible for analyzing property boundaries, gathering data from various sources, and preparing maps and reports.

The successful candidate should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, be able to work independently, and have strong communication skills. They should also have a good eye for detail and be comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather conditions. We are open to hiring experienced professionals as well as those with no prior experience who possess the right qualities for the job.

Responsibilities include:
• Analyzing property boundaries by interpreting legal documents such as deeds and titles
• Developing survey plans based on project specifications
• Utilizing the latest surveying equipment such as GPS systems
• Preparing maps, sketches, reports, plats & deeds
• Establishing horizontal & vertical control points with high precision instruments
• Gathering data from various sources including aerial photographs & field measurements
• Researching land records for historical information
• Maintaining accurate records of all work performed according to established standards
• Working with clients to identify possible solutions or alternatives to problems that may arise

The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary of 900 QAR/month. We are also open to considering applicants from abroad who possess the necessary qualifications for this role.
