Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Barista to join our team in Dubai. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving various hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and other drinks. They will also be responsible for interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, answering questions about the menu items, providing information about specials or new menu items and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their drinks. Additionally, they must ensure that all beverages are prepared to order using appropriate ingredients and equipment.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of coffee brewing methods (espresso machines), tea varieties, juice blending techniques and other beverage preparation methods
• Excellent customer service skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• Dependable work ethic
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Immigrant status is preferred but not required
