We are looking for an outgoing and friendly Barista to join our team in Dubai. This is a great opportunity for someone with no previous experience in the coffee industry to gain valuable skills and knowledge. Our barista should have excellent customer service skills, thrive in a busy workplace, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Duties:
- Greeting customers when they enter the establishment
- Preparing coffee orders as per customer requests including espresso based drinks, cappuccinos, lattes etc.
- Ensuring that all the machines are kept clean and properly maintained at all times
- Stocking up supplies such as cups, lids, syrups etc. when needed
- Ringing up customers’ orders on the cash register accurately
- Providing excellent customer service at all times including answering questions about menu items, beverages etc.
Requirements:

- Must be 18 years or older
- Good communication skills; able to converse clearly with customers in English
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Flexible schedule; available to work shifts including evenings and weekends
