We are looking for a motivated and reliable Crane Operator to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating cranes to ensure the safe transportation of materials, equipment and personnel in accordance with established safety protocols.

The ideal candidate must exhibit a strong work ethic, good communication skills and an aptitude for safety. A demonstrated understanding of the principles of crane operations is essential. The successful candidate should also be able to identify any potential risks or hazards associated with his/her operation of the crane, and take appropriate measures to mitigate these risks.

Responsibilities include:
• Operating cranes in accordance with established safety procedures;
• Inspecting crane components prior to use;
• Ensuring that all personnel are positioned safely when operating cranes;
• Communicating effectively with other workers regarding crane operations;
• Maintaining accurate records of crane operations and any relevant safety issues;
• Identifying areas in need of repair or maintenance;
• Adhering to all applicable laws, regulations and company policies related to crane operations.

The successful candidate should have experience operating cranes and have a valid license from an accredited institution. We will consider candidates without experience but they must demonstrate a willingness to learn, as well as the ability to comprehend complex instructions quickly. The successful candidate should also have a keen eye for detail, good problem-solving skills and an ability to think on their feet when needed. We offer a salary of 1500 per month as well as the opportunity for professional development in this field.
