The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that all financial transactions are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes monitoring budgets, analyzing data, preparing financial reports, overseeing payroll and maintaining financial records. The Business Manager will also be tasked with developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, managing customer relations and providing customer service support when needed. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for ensuring that company policies are followed at all times.
