This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and capable individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant in Abu-Dhabi. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who can support us with day-to-day administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have a salary of 1000 and we are happy to consider a foreigner for the role.

Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support services to ensure efficient operation of the organization. This position requires working closely with other departments while handling a wide range of administrative tasks and activities. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
β€’ Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, copying, scanning and other related duties
β€’ Handle phone calls, emails and other forms of communication to respond to inquiries and provide information
β€’ Maintain organized records of all correspondence and documents
β€’ Assist in organizing meetings, conferences and events
β€’ Prepare reports by collecting information from various sources
β€’ Perform research on topics related to the organization’s operations
β€’ Assist in the development of operational policies and procedures
β€’ Coordinate travel arrangements for staff
β€’ Assist with budget preparation and tracking of expenses
β€’ Monitor inventory levels of office supplies

Qualifications & Knowledge:
β€’ High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Associate’s degree is a plus
β€’ At least one year experience in an administrative role; however, we are willing to consider applicants without prior experience as well
β€’ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as other softwares such as Google Drive/Docs or Dropbox β€’ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail β€’ Outstanding communication (verbal & written) skills β€’ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion β€’ Exceptional customer service orientation β€’ Strong problem solving skills β€’ Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
