Administrative assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and handle a variety of tasks with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and managing databases. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will be expected to maintain office supplies, answer incoming calls, and respond to general inquiries from customers and clients.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. Experience working in an administrative role is a major plus. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is also highly preferred.
