We are searching for a Supervisor with at least two years of experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of the operational and administrative aspects of a business and the ability to lead, motivate and develop staff.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to interact effectively with all levels of staff, customers and suppliers. They should be highly organized, self-motivated and able to work independently. The Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring all tasks are completed on time and in line with company policy and procedures.

The successful applicant will be expected to monitor employee performance, develop team building activities, ensure safety measures are met and lead problem solving initiatives. They will also need superb problem-solving abilities, be creative in their approach to challenges and have the ability to think on their feet.
