Bartender Job in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced bartender to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating craft cocktails, knowledge of the latest trends in the beverage industry, and excellent customer service skills. Our successful candidate will be responsible for preparing beverages for guests, maintaining a clean bar area, and ensuring compliance with all alcohol regulations.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or as requested by customers
• Maintain a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, garnishes and other bar supplies
• Check identification of customers to verify they are of legal drinking age
• Monitor customer’s level of intoxication and maintain a safe environment
• Take orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
• Possess up-to-date knowledge about the products and services offered by the restaurant/bar
• Ensure that all bar equipment is properly cleaned on a regular basis
• Keep track of inventory and restock supplies when needed
• Follow all safety protocols while handling food and beverage items

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Minimum two years experience working as a bartender in a high volume setting; previous experience in luxury hospitality venues is desired
• Excellent knowledge of beer, wine, spirits & cocktails ingredients & preparation techniques • Outstanding customer service skills; ability to develop positive relationships with guests & co-workers • Professional appearance & demeanor; excellent communication skills • Ability to multi-task effectively & efficiently • Knowledgeable about local health & sanitation guidelines • Able to lift 25 lbs., bend frequently & stand for extended periods of time • Willingness to work nights, holidays & weekends as needed • Must be eligible to work in Abu Dhabi (if not an existing resident)

Salary: 900 AED
