Job Summary
We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who is highly organized and motivated to join a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations as well as providing support to the management team.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the department/team
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
- Support the management team in the development of strategies, objectives, and plans
- Monitor performance metrics on a regular basis
- Support internal teams with research projects and initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of operations
- Prepare detailed reports on operations progress
- Resolve issues in a timely manner
- Provide guidance to staff on policy matters and daily operations

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of successful management skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Outstanding problem solving abilities
- Strong communication skills both verbal & written
- Ability to make sound decisions in times of crisis
- Knowledgeable in current labor laws & regulations

We are ready to consider foreign candidates for this position. The salary for this role is 900 AED per month.
