Job Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in bartending or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of spirits, mixers, beer, wine and cocktails
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to stay calm under pressure in busy environments
• Immigrant status is accepted
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for patrons according to established recipes
• Interact with customers, take orders, recommend drinks and serve them accordingly
• Check identification of customers when serving alcoholic beverages
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Monitor customer behavior to identify potential problems
• Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, bitters etc. according to recipes using blenders, shakers etc.
