Supervisor – Abu-Dhabi

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the workplace and ensuring that all tasks and operations are completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as being able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a supervisor or relevant role
• Knowledge of industry standard practices and regulations
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership ability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
• Outstanding problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the workplace and ensure efficient completion of tasks/operations.
• Monitor employee performance and provide guidance/feedback on how to improve efficiency/ effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable health & safety regulations & company policies & procedures.
• Develop procedures for quality control and health & safety standards in order to ensure compliance with industry standards & customer specifications.
• Assist with recruitment processes when necessary, including interviewing potential candidates & making hiring decisions.
• Monitor expenses/budgets & ensure cost-effective operations within departmental budget constraints.
• Develop/implement departmental goals, objectives & policies; delegate tasks accordingly & assess performance regularly . • Handle customer inquiries & resolve any complaints in a timely manner .
