We are looking for an enthusiastic and qualified Barista to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. This position provides the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with other professionals dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have an eye for detail, and be able to think on their feet. They must also have good knowledge of coffee making techniques and be able to work independently and as part of a team. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn new skills and take initiative when needed.

Demands for the Candidate:
• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required
• Must have good knowledge of coffee making techniques
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Must have an eye for detail
• Must be able to think on their feet
• Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new skills and take initiative when needed
