We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate must have a passion for making excellent coffee, be able to work quickly and accurately, and have a positive attitude when dealing with customers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and be comfortable working in a busy environment. The Barista must be organized and able to multi-task while responding to customer orders with speed and accuracy. In addition, they must be able to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to health, safety and hygiene standards.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following qualifications:
• Previous barista experience
• A passion for making great coffee
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to quickly learn new processes
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene regulations
• Must be willing to consider an immigrant candidate for the role
