We are looking for an experienced Salesman to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales and customer service, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.

The successful applicant must be able to work autonomously as part of a large team, have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be highly self-motivated. They should also be comfortable working with customers from different backgrounds and cultures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our existing customer base by connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right product or service. They will also need to develop relationships with existing customers by engaging in regular contact, providing support and advice, and resolving any issues that may arise. The Salesman is expected to exceed their sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies.

We are looking for candidates who possess:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales;
• A track record of success in meeting or exceeding targets;
• Excellent communication skills;
• The ability to work independently;
• Knowledge of customer service processes;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel);
• Fluency in Arabic & English (additional languages preferred).
