Machine Operator

Job Description: The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating various machines used in the production process. They must be knowledgeable about safety protocols, and able to perform quality checks on all output. The Machine Operator must also be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise with the machines, as well as maintain them in peak condition.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and operate assigned machines in order to ensure optimum performance
• Maintain machine efficiency by conducting preventative maintenance as necessary
• Perform quality checks on all products produced by the machine according to established procedures
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise with the machine or its output
• Follow safety protocols when operating machinery
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that targets are met in a timely manner
• Work independently or as part of a team, depending on the needs of the job

Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience working as a Machine Operator or similar position is preferred
• Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment is necessary
• Ability to follow safety procedures when operating machinery is essential
• Excellent problem solving skills and an eye for detail are essential
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
