We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate should have at least three years of experience in a similar role, which includes overseeing personnel and ensuring tasks are completed on time.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills and have the ability to manage their own workload effectively. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team, monitoring their performance, providing guidance as necessary and motivating them to meet performance goals.

The successful candidate should also be capable of responding appropriately and quickly to any issues arising from within the team. They must be able to offer constructive feedback while maintaining a supportive environment.

In addition to this, the Supervisor will be expected to ensure that all regulations are complied with while meeting company standards. They should also possess an awareness of how their decisions impact upon the wider organisation’s objectives, as well as having good interpersonal skills when interacting with clients and other stakeholders.

The salary offered for this position is 1200 per month plus benefits. We are open to considering foreign applicants who meet the requirements for this role.
